Role Overview
As a 360 Degree Recruitment Consultant at Express Employment Professionals you will join a team of passionate individuals who support and drive organisational growth. You will work from the Sydney Olympic Park location, collaborating with a range of clients in the blue and white collar markets to match candidates with roles.
Responsibilities
* Take job briefs from clients and advertise roles
* Perform business development and account management
* Attend client meetings, build rapport, and enhance relationships
* Conduct end‐to‐end full life‐cycle recruitment using our integrated recruitment software (FastTrack 360, RatesCalc and OnBoarded)
Essential Requirements
* Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints
* High level of interpersonal communication
* Proven track record of business development success
* Experience in recruitment (blue or white‐collar labour hiring preferred)
* Exceptional time management, organisation and presentation skills
* Commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service
