Our operations support remote retail stores and warehouses, requiring reliable stock handling, accurate logistics, and strong teamwork.
The Role
We are seeking a Storeperson to support warehouse and stock operations across our Northern Territory and Kimberley locations. This role involves receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to support retail outlets and remote communities.
The position suits someone who is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working in regional or remote environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, unload, and check incoming stock deliveries
* Pick, pack, and dispatch goods accurately
* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment (where licensed)
* Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control
* Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts
* Prepare goods for transport to regional and remote locations
* Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
* Follow workplace health and safety procedures
* Use basic computer systems for inventory and dispatch tasks
* Work cooperatively with warehouse, transport, and retail staff
Essential Criteria
* At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, storeperson, or logistics role
* Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Basic computer literacy
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* Willingness to work in regional or remote locations as required
Desirable (but not essential)
* Forklift licence
* Experience working in regional or remote Australia
Pre-Employment Requirements
* National Police Check (acceptable outcome)
* Right to work in Australia (or eligibility for employer sponsorship under a Designated Area Migration Agreement)
