What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team as Receptionist, working various 5 hour shifts between the hours of 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Accounts assistance
* Inbox and calendar management
* Document creation and control; filing and collating
* Site access card management and works scheduling

These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess:

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to perform work with a high degree of precision and accuracy
