Due to genuine growth, we are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist based in either the Eastern or Southern States of Australia to start in Jan/Feb ****.

This role is ideal for an experienced Speech Pathologist who enjoys clinical work and excels at leading and mentoring.
As a Team Leader, you'll also have the opportunity to support our National Manager with key initiatives.
What You'll Do
Approx ***** leadership/case management - evolving as team grows (approx 2.5 billable hrs/day currently)
Manage a local case load via face-to-face visits and telehealth
Provide hands-on clinical leadership through supervision, mentoring and shadowing
Lead case reviews and support clinicians with complex presentations
Review assessment reports and contribute to quality and governance
Onboard, coach and nurture new team members
Conduct performance reviews and support healthy caseload balance
Foster connection, culture and team identity within a remote environment
Maintain a caseload aligned with your interests
Work with a national MDT

What You'll Need
Relevant Speech Pathology qualifications +SPA registration
Solid experience as a Speech Pathology practitioner in Australia including a background in NDIS
Proven clinical leadership capability or readiness to step into leadership
Ability to work from home and support a remote team
NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC
Driver's licence + reliable car
