Help keep our service team running smoothly.
We're on the lookout for someone who's organised, proactive, and enjoys being the go-to person behind the scenes for our CLAAS Harvest Centre in Katanning. In this role, you'll be supporting our busy service team with the admin that keeps everything ticking along.
What you'll be doing:
* Wrapping up service jobs and making sure the paperwork's sorted.
* Raising purchase orders and sending out invoices.
* Managing warranty claims for the branch.
* Being the friendly voice (and inbox) for customer queries.
* Lending a hand to the management team with day-to-day tasks.
