Inventory Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking an Inventory Officer to support the development and proactive management of inventory requirements across the vessels lifecycle. This is a key role in important projects, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support material management planning and scheduling, including analysis and optimisation of inventory holdings and locations.
* Meet customer requirements for both internal and external, including stock level maintenance and fleet management.
* Maintain export control compliance across all Material Support functions.
* Work to maintain data integrity of inventory management systems and logistics databases in support of Program requirements.
* Support audit and quality assurance controls across the supply chain function to ensure compliance to policy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A Certificate IV in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Distribution (or equivalent experience) is required, along with minimum 3 years' experience with inventory management operations. Experience within a Defence environment is preferred.
