Located just a 6-minute walk from Penrith Station, we're looking for a full-time baker to join our award-winning crew. If you've got a solid work ethic, a love for baking, and want to be part of a business that truly cares – we'd love to hear from you.
What's in it for you?
* Salary between $68,000 – $72,000 per year, depending on experience, days worked (e.g. public holidays, regular Sundays), and other parameters
* Minimum 38 hours per week with a Maximum of 44 – with early starts from 5am (and occasionally a couple of extra hours here and there, if needed and you're happy to)

What we're looking for:
* Confident and competent use of bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, sheeters, etc.)
* Strong baking knowledge and hand moulding skills
* A genuine passion for the baking industry and pride in your work
* Understanding of safe and proper use of commercial bakery equipment
* Solid time management and communication skills
* A reliable team player who can keep calm under pressure
