About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee manufacturing and operational activities. This strategic role involves leading critical teams to drive performance and implement our Operational Excellence Framework.
Key Responsibilities
* To lead cross-functional teams in achieving business objectives, driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
1. To develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, reduce waste and increase quality across all production lines.
