About the Role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to strengthen our procurement, planning and inventory workflows as we continue to scale. The role focuses on improving how we forecast stock, manage supplier performance, track container movements and streamline our end-to-end supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
● Analyse stock levels, sales trends and purchasing cycles to forecast demand for incoming containers
● Review supplier lead times, production schedules and shipment accuracy to identify gaps and improve reliability
● Monitor inbound orders, ETAs and quality reports to improve availability and reduce delays
● Assess current supply chain processes and recommend improvements to ordering, replenishment and workflow systems
● Prepare reports on stock turns, slow-moving items, purchasing efficiency and cost optimisation
● Work closely with the warehouse, merchandising and product teams to improve coordination and reduce operational bottlenecks
● Assist with implementing new processes, including supplier communication templates, QC checklists, and inventory planning improvements
Skills & Experience
● Experience in supply chain, logistics, planning or inventory management
● Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
● Competent with spreadsheets, forecasting tools or ERP systems (NetSuite desirable)
● Ability to develop recommendations based on data
● Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
