Spare Parts Manager

Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of mechanical or parts-related fields or equivalent experience in a workshop environment.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
* Farming or agricultural experience is highly valued but not required.
