Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, parent communication, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
2. Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
3. Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
4. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.
Requirements:
* Ace-approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
* Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
* A current Working with Children Check.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
