We are currently seeking a Full Time Admin Assistant to support our conveyancing paralegals with their daily running of matters.
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing files.
- Responding to phone and email enquiries from clients, real estate agents and solicitors from the other side.
- Preparation of correspondence and documents.
- Ordering searches.
- Booking settlements with all parties including banks.
- Diary and task management.
- Maintaining electronic file records.
Requirements
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Attention to detail including rapid and accurate typing.
- Ability to work as a team with a can do attitude and proactive approach to your work.
This is a work-from-home role and depending on the applicant, will be a full-time role.
