We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Test Engineer to join our growing team.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Overall 8+ years of experience, with strong hands-on experience in ETL Testing, SQL and Data Pipeline Testing will be mandatory.
* Experience testing data pipelines on Azure will be mandatory.
* Proven experience working in the Banking/Investment domain will be mandatory.
* Strong experience in ETL Testing (Manual and Automation).
* Advanced SQL skills for validating large datasets.
* Hands-on experience testing large volumes of investment market data.
* Experience with data automation frameworks.
* Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.
* Familiarity with risk-based testing techniques.
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Perform end-to-end ETL and data pipeline testing across Azure-based platforms.
* Validate large datasets using complex SQL queries.
* Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
* Work closely with Business Analysts and Developers to understand data requirements.
* Identify, log, track, and manage defects using standard defect management tools.
* Support testing activities under tight delivery timelines.
* Ensure compliance with data quality and testing standards.
