E&I Supervisor
Contract: Early November 2025 – 31 May 2026
Roster: 2:1 | 12-hour days
Location: FIFO from Perth
Requirement: Must hold a valid S26 Certificate
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Supervisor to join a mining project team on a site-based FIFO contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on supervisor to lead and coordinate electrical activities during a key phase of the project.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate all daily electrical and instrumentation activities on site
* Ensure all electrical installations, preservation, and inspections comply with project specifications, Australian standards, and safety regulations
* Manage subcontractor performance and ensure quality control across electrical works
* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other site supervisors to resolve technical issues and align work scopes
* Conduct regular inspections and audits; document findings and ensure timely corrective actions
* Monitor and manage usage of materials, tools, and equipment to control waste and maintain cost efficiency
* Ensure strict compliance with health and safety protocols including toolbox talks, risk assessments, and method statements
* Maintain accurate records such as daily site logs, progress reports, and incident reports
* Assist in the planning and scheduling of upcoming phases of work
* Support the successful transition from construction to commissioning
Required Skills and Experience
* Valid S26 Certificate (essential)
* Proven experience supervising E&I works in mining, construction, or heavy industrial projects
* Strong understanding of Australian electrical standards and regulations
* Ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate multiple work fronts
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* Commitment to safety, quality, and project deadlines
