Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic clinician to take on a new role in Bunbury.
This position involves assessing, planning, organising and participating in workplace rehabilitative programs to help clients achieve positive return to work outcomes.
You will use your strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess client needs and develop rehabilitation plans
* Liaise with stakeholders to implement plans and achieve outcomes
* Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
* Full AHPRA registration or ESSA accreditation
* Knowledge of workers' compensation and injury management
* Outstanding communication and networking skills
* Excellent writing skills and experience writing reports
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Australian driver's licence and access to a car
* Eligible to work permanently in Australia
