This is a truly UNIQUE opportunity to support a newly appointed CEO as they embark on a journey of transformation, leading and executing the strategy and vision of one of Australia's premier racing clubs. It is a journey not to be missed

This CEO has an extensive background and is a true leader in their field. In a real PARTNERSHIP, you will perform traditional administration duties as well as some more elevated responsibilities. With this CEO, you will receive incredible respect for your role and be appreciated and valued.

Who are we looking for?

You will be highly professional and dedicated to finding new ways to add value, SUPER approachable, and team-oriented. An individual with proven Executive Assistant experience at C-suite level, possessing superior time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

What a typical day will entail:

1. Proactively managing the CEO's diary, appointments, and travel commitments;
2. Coordinating meetings, conferences, and events as required;
3. Drafting and producing correspondence, reports, and presentations;
4. Minute taking;
5. Screening the flow of telephone calls, emails, and other incoming correspondence and prioritizing these for action;
6. Liaising with and supporting the board of directors.
