Drive real behavioural change across a high-profile transformation program
This is a key Change Manager role within a large customer transformation, focused on ensuring adoption, engagement and readiness across the organisation. You'll play a hands‐on role designing and delivering impactful engagement activities, communication strategies and training that actually land with stakeholders.
Who you will be working with:
You will be joining a large, complex council environment within a dedicated Transformation function delivering enterprise‐wide change initiatives. The program is focused on improving customer experience through new systems and processes, with strong executive backing and a clear roadmap. You'll work closely with senior leaders, project teams and frontline stakeholders to embed sustainable change across the organisation.

Duties and responsibilities include:
* Design and deliver engagement activities (workshops, roadshows, forums) to drive adoption
* Develop and execute communication plans across multiple audiences and channels
* Conduct change readiness assessments and identify adoption risks
* Deliver training plans and ensure effective rollout across business units
* Support HyperCare activities including reporting, feedback loops and continuous improvement
* Partner with stakeholders to remove barriers and embed sustainable change
We are looking for someone with:
* Strong experience delivering engagement activities and communication strategies within large programs
* Experience across government (especially local council) is advantageous
* Experience developing and delivering structured training aligned to business outcomes
* Hands‐on delivery mindset with the ability to operate in complex environments
* Proven ability to assess change readiness and drive adoption across diverse stakeholder groups
* Formal Change Management certification (PROSCI, APMG, Agile Change or similar) or equivalent experience
