We are built to last.About the RoleWe are seeking a multi skilled and proactive Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team.
This role is critical to maintaining and evolving our core infrastructure, ensuring operational resilience, and supporting secure and scalable technology services across the business.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and support on-premises and cloud-based server and network infrastructureManage backup and disaster recovery systems to ensure business continuityPerform regular security patching and updates across systemsMonitor infrastructure using alerting tools and respond to incidentsAdminister and optimize cloud environments (e.g., Azure, M365)Handle internal escalations and provide Tier 3 supportLead or assist in the implementation of new systems and technologiesAutomate business processes using scripting and integration toolsConfigure systems to meet compliance and regulatory requirementsManage vendor and guest access, ensuring secure and auditable accessDrive security uplift initiatives in line with IT strategySkills & ExperienceProven experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, and cloud technologies & cyber securityStrong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, virtualization, and backup solutionsExperience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and security tools (e.g., Defender XDR, Sentinel)Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., Essential Eight)Excellent troubleshooting and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentMicrosoft certificationsExperience with Endpoint Central, and PAM360 IT management toolsExposure to ITIL practices and service management toolsWhy Join Us?
