In this role, you'll leverage your proven automotive sales experience to drive new and used vehicle sales, build long-term customer relationships, and maximize dealership services. You'll work closely with a small, dedicated team under the guidance of the Sales Manager, all while enjoying a lifestyle away from the city hustle.
Key Responsibilities Sales Excellence: Cross-sell new and pre-owned vehicles while capitalizing on a high volume of repeat business to achieve monthly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Engage customers with an empathetic, professional approach. Actively listen to their needs and tailor your solutions to ensure excellent service. Negotiation & Closing: Demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills that instill confidence in every customer, helping maximize potential profits and dealership service offerings. Team Collaboration: Work as part of a closely-knit team, consistently communicating effectively with colleagues and the Sales Manager.
