Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Direct and mentor the Customer Support Representative (CSR) team to achieve outstanding results and overall team performance.
* Support Commercial Objectives: Collaborate with Commercial Managers to attain both individual and collective performance goals.
* External Communications: Manage and support external communications and messaging for Safran Helicopter Engines Australia.
* Achieve OEM Objectives: Assist in attaining assigned OEM financial and strategic objectives.
* Contract Agreements: Support new contract agreements with customers and contribute to tender preparation, ensuring quality, content, and adherence to schedules and pricing.
