Early Childhood Education Role

This role is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and committed early childhood team providing high quality education and care to children.

As a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing our policies and procedures, developing strong relationships with families, educators, and children, and working towards continuous improvement in all areas of the service operation.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in developing their career in early childhood education and care, and possess relevant qualifications and skills including a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, current First Aid Certificate, Working with Children check clearance, and National Police Check.

They will also have effective communication skills, both verbal and written, be reliable, self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic.

Additionally, they should have sound knowledge of the National Quality Frameworks, Education and Care National Regulation, and Law, as well as knowledge of overall Health and Safety regarding children's services.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the implementation of policies and procedures, developing and maintaining positive relationships with families and staff, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality education and care to children.
