We're currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join the team at a large-scale industrial production facility in Bendigo. This is a permanent, offering excellent stability, great conditions, and long-term career prospects.

Whether you've worked in food production, manufacturing, mining, FMCG, construction, or other sectors-we're open to electricians from any industry background who are keen to build their skills in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

THE ROLE

In this role as the Electrician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems across a large-scale manufacturing site. You'll work on motors, conveyors, PLCs, and automated production lines, ensuring minimal downtime while supporting site upgrades and continuous improvement projects. This is a hands-on position focused on keeping production running safely and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Perform preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and fault finding across plant equipment
* Install and commission new machinery, control panels, and production line systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLCs, conveyors, motors, and sensors
* Ensure all work complies with electrical safety standards and site protocols
* Assist with continuous improvement and site upgrade projects
* Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime

ABOUT YOU

A-Grade Electrician License (or equivalent)

* Previous experience in industrial or trade environments is an advantage, but we're happy to consider electricians from all sectors
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Ability to read schematics and work both autonomously and in a team
* Commitment to safe work practices and quality standards

Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent residents.

Desired Skills and Experience

Permanent role located in Bendigo.
Salary up to $98,000 + Super (depending on experience).
