**The Position**
Position Title: Coordinator Development and Systems
Classification: Administration Grade 4 YC91
Salary per hour (exc. super): $44.05
Hours per fortnight: Up to 80 (including a monthly ADO for full-time staff)

**Your New Role**
As our Project Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting and partnering with programs and teams right across the Mental Health Directorate. This might include assisting and coordinating service improvement activities, preparing service delivery development reports, or supporting a variety of team projects. As a team, we get involved in a range of interesting projects, ensuring and enabling continuous improvement in our current service provision, as well as planning for future growth and transformation.
Because our work is varied and diverse, we're seeking a dynamic and capable Project Coordinator with highly effective communication and organisational ability. Your strong interpersonal skills will allow you to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, whilst ensuring that competing priorities and deadlines are successfully managed. Your previous experience in coordinating projects, managing change, or implementing new initiatives will help you to hit the ground running.

**Our Team**
The Development and Systems Team are a critical part of how we deliver mental health services in our community. Our team provides skills and expertise in data collection and analysis, clinical documentation, reporting systems and project management. We work closely with the Mental Health Executive and the Mental Health Transformation team, developing and executing Bendigo Health's Data Transformation Plan, alongside business as usual activities.
Our team has a unique opportunity to lead collaborative change in alignment with the Royal Commission's data reform of the Mental Health sector. Our work plays a significant role in improving service provision and outcomes for individuals requiring mental health treatment and support within our community, and gives us the opportunity to support the staff who provide these services.
