Job Title: Key Account Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Retail Sales team as a Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing key strategies that deliver sustainable, profitable growth for McCain across Woolworths Supermarkets and Online accounts.
This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney, with the ideal candidate having at least 4-6 years of sales experience and ideally degree qualified in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing.
About the Role:
* Build strong customer relationships and implement an overall customer strategic plan in conjunction with the category and marketing teams.
* Execute promotional programs and manage trade investment at or below AOC targets that optimise return on investment within agreed parameters.
Accountabilities:
* Collaborate cross functionally to align on promotions, pricing, activation programs and supply to ensure consideration for the impact to other customers and total retail P&L.
* Build meaningful, bespoke Joint Business Plans that align Customer and McCain to a shared operating plan that provides a focus toward delivery of internal KPIs.

* Minimum of 4-6 years sales experience.
