The Opportunity
* Assist in procuring and managing contracts with various suppliers, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
* Conduct thorough supplier analysis and make award recommendations based on data-driven insights.
* Lead negotiations with external partners to secure pricing agreements using benchmarking and trend analysis.
* Manage contract preparation, finalisation, and administration with meticulous attention to detail.
* Onboard supplier teams and foster positive relationships through expert liaison.
* Create weekly reports to monitor progress and identify potential supply chain risks.
* Develop and implement global supply chain strategies.
Requirements
* Prior experience in pre-qualifying vendors and managing tenders for capital expenditure construction services projects.
* A degree in procurement or supply chain management related field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Familiarity with Singapore construction contract law.
* Detailed and quality-focused approach.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with autonomy to manage priorities and deadlines.
* Strong relationship-building skills to foster trust with teams and clients.
