Key Responsibilities: Work with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Manage sub-contractors across various disciplines to ensure alignment with project goals.
Assist in preparing project estimates, tender submissions, and developing project schedules.
Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including tendering, planning, execution, and HSE compliance.
Collaborate with the Operational team to ensure a team-oriented approach to project delivery.
Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets as required, ensuring effective execution.
What you'll bring: Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency or suitable Visa with working rights.
An Engineering degree (Bachelor or higher) within Mechanical or Civil with previous work experience through vacation work or similar, in Australia or New Zealand.
Living in Morwell / Latrobe Valley area.
Previous work experience within your chosen field through internships or equivalent is highly desirable.
