Store Manager Job
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our team at our Mildura store.
This is a part-time position working 25 hours per week.
* Our ideal candidate will drive exceptional customer experiences, help achieve team goals and KPIs.
* The successful applicant will plan for succession to ensure the growth of their team members.
* They will also be responsible for executing Visual Merchandising in-store and making informed commercial decisions.
* A strong understanding of Stock Management processes is essential.
* Previous experience in coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback is required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience: Drive exceptional customer experiences and contribute to team success.
2. Sales Growth: Execute strategies to increase sales revenue.
3. Team Development: Plan for succession and develop your team to ensure they have opportunities for growth.
4. Visual Merchandising: Implement visually appealing displays that engage customers and drive sales.
5. Stock Management: Understand and implement effective stock management processes to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
