Key Account Manager

The role of the Key Account Manager plays a pivotal part in supporting small and medium business customers by delivering tailored communications and ICT solutions through a defined network.


Main Responsibilities:

* Manage customer relationships across a portfolio to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
* Achieve individual and team performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
* Handle sales and service contracts, ensuring timely responses, lead escalation, and issue resolution.
* Identify and qualify complex business opportunities, generating leads for specialist teams.
