We employ over 1300 people across 120 parks and communities, with offices in the three eastern seaboard states.At Ingenia, you can enjoy working within an organization that genuinely cares for its people and is committed to creating communities where residents and visitors truly belong.About The RoleWith several exciting projects and developments underway, our Development team is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to support our over 55's Lifestyle Community in Natura. This site-based role involves coordinating the handover and delivery of new home settlements to ensure a seamless transition for customers. It is ideal for someone with administrative experience, an interest in real estate sales, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.Key AccountabilitiesAct as the primary contact for customers from contract exchange through to settlement and warranty periods.Build positive relationships with external stakeholders, including coordinating with onsite builders to enhance networks and ensure commercial success for Ingenia.Conduct quality control inspections on completed new homes.Manage pre-settlement inspections, settlement processes, and post-settlement maintenance, including 90-day inspections.Assist residents with questions and requests related to their new home purchase.Record maintenance and warranty information, updates, and issues into the CRM database.Identify and track outstanding maintenance items.Keep residents informed about important dates, changes, and information regarding their homes, maintenance, or warranty.Negotiate and resolve disputes professionally.Perform administrative duties as required.Maintain a professional conduct at all times, representing Ingenia Communities positively.About YouProficient in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel.Customer service focused with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.Attention to detail, especially in defect management.Well-presented with excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.Organized with the ability to meet deadlines.Articulate, confident, and proactive in team settings.Ethical and trustworthy in all dealings.Attentive listener.Culture and BenefitsWe offer a competitive package, flexible working options (including some remote work), extensive training and development, career progression opportunities, and generous recognition programs.
