Job Description
This is a permanent full-time opportunity available (9 day fortnight, 38 hours/week) in our Civil Delivery Team. We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a team of personnel in the Lines and Signs team.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team of personnel in the Lines and Signs team.
* Ensure the effective and efficient completion of planned, scheduled and reactive maintenance works for the section through applying specialist skills in the management of infrastructure networks and providing technical expertise during the implementation of maintenance work programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate III in Civil Construction.
* Construction Industry White Card (30215 QLD).
* Current 'MR' Class Driver's Licence.
* Traffic Management Implementation (TMI) accreditation under the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
* Demonstrated commitment to and practice of a leadership style that supports, motivates and inspires individual and team achievements.
* Experience leading construction personnel in the construction of municipal infrastructure.
* Experience in the construction of Council infrastructure including a detailed knowledge of construction materials and their application.
