Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys balancing sales, operations and people leadership? We're partnering with a well-established Australian business operating within the trade, building products and home improvement sector to appoint an experienced Store Manager for an established operation within Brisbane's southern industrial corridor. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the business. Successful leaders in this environment spend their time supporting customers, coaching team members, driving sales performance and ensuring operational excellence - not stuck behind a desk. We're particularly interested in speaking with candidates from trade retail, building products, plumbing, electrical, roofing, construction supplies, flooring, kitchen and bathroom showrooms, landscaping products, hardware, trade wholesale or similar solution-selling B2C environments. The Opportunity Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of store performance across sales, profitability, customer experience and team development. You'll lead from the front, working closely with both trade and retail customers while building a strong, engaged and accountable team culture.
