Overview
Clinical Research Coordinator - Theranostics at Icon Group. This is a permanent part-time role based at Icon Cancer Centre in Hollywood, Perth. You will coordinate and conduct clinical trials and contribute to theranostics services at a new facility delivering advanced PET-CT and SPECT-CT imaging, targeted radiopharmaceutical therapies, and access to global clinical trials.
Key responsibilities
* Provide high-level support to Icon Principal Investigators in the conduct and day-to-day management of clinical trials
* Manage and coordinate the clinical trial portfolio, including trial coordination, recruitment, participant education, and team communication
* Ensure clinical research is conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice, the NHMRC National Statement, and Icon policies
* Contribute to the financial management of the business unit to ensure trial participant tracking and timely submission of patient payment data
* Communicate effectively with trial participants to schedule procedures and maintain attendance compliance
* Actively attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders
About you / Qualifications
* Extended Oncology/Haematology Nursing, Radiation Therapy, Nuclear Medicine Tech or Clinical Trials experience
* Tertiary qualifications in relevant health sciences or allied health, with hands-on research experience
* Alternatively, a highly skilled medical oncology or haematology nurse or nuclear medicine technologist with clinical trials training, or a bachelor's degree in relevant health sciences, pharmacy or allied health with research coordination experience
