We are looking for the right applicant to join our admin team at our North Beach clinic and take advantage of the rare opportunity to join Move Forward at our newly renovated clinic on the popular Flora Terrace cafe strip.
Move Forward Wanneroo is a partnership between Ben Gabrovec and Clay McCulloch. Over the past 15 years Move Forward has grown to 13 successful clinics with the current reception role available at our new Wanneroo clinic.

THE OPPORTUNITY
* Our Wanneroo clinic has 1 position available to be involved at the start of something exciting and lead the growth of our new clinic.
* Proposed Shifts: 3-4 shifts each week with a varied of evening (7pm finish) and morning (8am start) shifts and alternating Saturdays 8-12pm. The position can be tailored for 20-30 hours depending on the applicant.
* The position is an excellent opportunity for a receptionist (with or without experience) to join an amazing team.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* Someone who understands the importance of being the face of the business. You are the first and last contact our patients will have when coming to the clinic and your role in patient satisfaction can't be under estimated.
* Clear, concise, confident communicator.
* A reliable, conscientious worker who likes being busy with skills in multitasking clients at the desks, phone calls and our physios.
* Long term prospects who want to join our team and commit for the future.
* We need applicants with flexibility to cover extra shifts for annual leave and personal leave across all our clinics (the opportunity for more hours).
REQUIREMENTS:
* Reception/Admin experience is desirable but not required.
* Ideally applicants would live local and have a driver's license and own vehicle.
* Experience in computer programs including word, excel, office 365 and using an eftpos/hicaps machine would put you ahead of the field.
* Police clearance and working with children check desirable.
