This new role, with potential to be extended or made permanent, will provide dedicated expertise to deliver the outcomes of the firm's Generative AI strategy. This role will join our highly regarded Innovation team.
As AI Change Manager - Innovation, based out of the Sydney or Melbourne office, you will provide the change management direction and support required to ensure the successful delivery of priority AI technology adoption and skill uplift programs.
Reporting to the Head of Transformation, working as part of a multidisciplinary project team and especially closely with an AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of the change approach associated with these programs, collaborating to drive successful adoption outcomes for the business.
In addition to the development and execution of the change management strategy, you will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of effective project communications aimed at ensuring the active adoption of AI technology across the firm.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Design AI adoption initiatives, communications and engagement
- Develop and implement strategies for knowledge sharing, mentoring, community building and other tailored immersion activities
- Actively engage with users to gather user stories and journeys
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to communicate change effectively, ensuring clarity, transparency, and understanding of the change process.
- Manage workforce change and transition related to AI integration into our ways of working
- Lead AI workshops, training sessions and showcases to encourage AI adoption, educating stakeholders on the benefits and promoting the capabilities of our AI solutions.
- Capture and analyse AI adoption and performance data
- Communicate the most effective AI tools and use cases
- Promote and drive awareness of responsible AI use
About You
With an excellence without arrogance ethos and a passion for the positive impact GenAI can have on the legal industry, you will be a Change Manager looking to bring your expertise to innovative leaders in their field. With a client centric mindset this is a relationship role that role will suit a natural networker and influencer. You will also bring:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful complex change strategies within digital transformation projects. AI experience is valued but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and understand the impact of technology changes on individual's and team's client service delivery processes with a focus on AI
- Experience and enjoyment running change workshops and training sessions
- Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies and best practices within technology projects
- Analysis on productivity uplift and ROI on program effectiveness
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, including with technology-related information
- Ability to persuade and influence effectively
- Proficiency in tailoring communication to various audiences and communications platforms
- Ability to present complex technical information in a concise and understandable manner
- Previous experience in the legal industry is valued but not essential
- Adherence to deadlines and delivery of high-quality work under tight timeframes
- Qualifications in Change Management (PROSCI preferred)
