The Opportunity
We're currently seeking passionate, motivated and experienced physiotherapists to join our dynamic Allied Health team. We have full-time and part-time positions available across community and residential care settings.
You'll be working alongside a multidisciplinary team in an environment that is both supportive and forward-thinking, with exciting initiatives on the horizon.
Your purpose will be to deliver physiotherapy services with a holistic approach, helping our clients achieve their rehabilitation and well-being goals. Focusing on the complex health needs of adults, your key responsibilities will include:
* Deliver physiotherapy services to aged care and NDIS clients, with a strong focus on promoting independence and quality of life. Physiotherapy services are delivered in our clients' homes and residential aged care facilities.
* Conducting comprehensive client assessments, including diagnosing, assessing and developing individual care and rehabilitation plans.
* Falls prevention, strength, and training.
* Goal-setting activities, as well as resolution planning.
* Provide education and support to clients, families, carers, and care providers.
* Work to achieve and have a positive impact on all clients health.
* Providing mentoring and clinical supervision to our dynamic group of physiotherapists
What We're Looking For
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* High emotional intelligence – empathetic, adaptable, and professional
* Flexibility to work across different sites as required
* Experience with adult clients (desirable but not essential)
* National Police Check Clearance or willingness to obtain
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for community visits
* Professional indemnity and public liability insurance (or ability to obtain before commencing)
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
