Job Description
The responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to the following:
* The identification and subsequent development of new business opportunities, leveraging an existing portfolio in hydraulics, filtration, cooling systems, accumulators, and fluid conditioning technologies to open new accounts and enter emerging markets.
* Engage proactively with OEMs, end users, and distributors to uncover upcoming projects, pain points, and system upgrade opportunities, positioning the organisation as the preferred technical partner.
* Promote solutions through presentations, site visits, and technical workshops, expanding product awareness and driving broader adoption.
* Support application engineering and field sales teams by crafting technically sound proposals and system‐level recommendations tailored to customer needs.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have experience or have the ability to demonstrate the following:
* Strong technical foundation with practical experience within hydraulics, fluid power, or pneumatics coupled with related tertiary education or a trade certificate.
* Proven ability to identify and create strategies that contribute to new business growth.
* The ability to understand technical problems and trouble shoot with the aim of creating potential commercial opportunities.
