Job Description:
The Civil Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning and execution of civil construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include developing project schedules, coordinating with project teams, managing resources, and resolving site issues in a proactive manner. Effective leadership and communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving successful project outcomes.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Superintendent or similar role
* Strong organizational and planning skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Effective leadership and communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners
* Knowledge of construction industry practices, including contract management, cost control, and safety protocols
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience using CAD software a plus
