Hours: Up to 40 hours per weekWe are seeking four experienced Senior Test Analysts to join a large federal programme delivering a range of software development and sustainment activities. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated, detail‑driven testers who thrive in collaborative, fast‑paced project environments.
About the Role
You will be responsible for manual testing across a suite of business‑critical applications, including:Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.NET applicationsCustom external‑facing web portalsPower BISharePoint OnlineCOTS and bespoke internal systemsWorking alongside developers, business analysts, and fellow testers, you will ensure the quality and reliability of key systems used across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct manual functional, system, and system integration testingPerform analysis, planning, test design, test execution, and defect management using Azure DevOpsDevelop high‑quality UAT test cases for business stakeholdersParticipate in UAT sessions with technical teams and business usersProvide clear documentation and reporting throughout the testing lifecycle
Essential Criteria
To be considered, candidates must demonstrate:At least three years' senior‑level testing experience, with ISTQB certification and strong experience testing CRM and browser‑based applicationsDeep understanding of the full testing process, including planning, analysis, test design, execution, defect management, and reportingExperience working in agile environments using Azure DevOps for defect writing, test case creation, and test executionStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor information to the audience
Desirable
Experience with modern test automation and emerging AI‑supported testing practices, including GitHub Copilot for test design and automationAbility to guide teams on adopting AI‑enabled testing approaches
