About the Role
Regional Manager Port Hedland – a residential role based in Port Hedland, working with a high‑quality senior leadership team. The role provides autonomy to deliver meaningful outcomes and oversee all aspects of shutdown activities within the Shutdowns and General Maintenance Department, ensuring safe, efficient operations aligned with industry standards.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of shutdown activities.
* Plan, coordinate, and support workforce and client requirements.
* Lead end‑to‑end shutdown processes and act as the primary point of contact.
* Drive positive outcomes, foster a culture of excellence, and promote continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Eligible to work in Australia.
* Construction White Card.
* Relevant Australian recognised trade qualification.
* Over five years’ of leadership experience and proficiency in managing teams.
* Strong understanding of fixed‑plant mine operations.
* Extensive knowledge of systems, codes and regulations.
* High technical aptitude, problem‑solving and delegation skills.
* Capacity to work effectively with minimal supervision while delivering deliverables.
* Ability to achieve high standards under budgetary and schedule constraints.
* Sound business acumen and adaptability to different business environments.
* Strong communication skills, positive attitude and commitment to doing your best.
