Full Job Description

A growing digital marketing and lead generation company is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive new revenue growth across multiple industries.

With more than 400 active clients and operations spanning 18 buy and sell platforms, the business generates high-quality, internally vetted leads. This role is designed for a strong closer who can convert opportunity into revenue while also building additional pipeline through proactive outreach.

The Opportunity

This position is focused on closing warm inbound opportunities while contributing to broader business development initiatives. You will receive approximately 60 qualified leads per month, with an expected close rate of 20–30%.

The role suits a commercially astute sales professional confident managing the full sales cycle, from discovery through to negotiation and close. You'll have the chance to influence sales strategies, collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams, and make a measurable impact on the company's growth.

What You'll Do

* Manage key accounts, ensuring clients achieve results from their campaigns.
* Handle inbound leads and convert them into successful sales.
* Conduct structured discovery meetings to understand client needs and position tailored solutions.
* Generate additional pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting.
* Collaborate with marketing and account teams to optimize sales performance.
* Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Who You Are

* Experienced in B2B sales with a strong track record of closing deals.
* Self‐motivated, results‐driven, and confident managing the full sales cycle.
* Consultative in approach with strong commercial judgment.
* Comfortable in a fast‐paced environment and adaptable to change.
* Passionate about sales and digital marketing.
