About The Role

Working closely with the VIC State team and Local Partners, the GP Recruitment & Engagement Consultant is responsible for attracting, engaging and supporting General Practitioners to join and build their practice within Myhealth clinics. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional GP experience across recruitment, onboarding and retention, while strengthening Myhealth\'s brand through networking, professional development events and relationship management across the state.

Some Duties Include

* Attracting & recruiting new VR General Practitioners to the Myhealth network across our Melbourne network.
* End to End Recruitment process management
* Use of recruitment platforms such as SEEK, LinkedIn, JobAdder and build talent pools
* Facilitating & supporting GP\'s through the onboarding process, including contracts and administrative support tasks in collaboration with local Area Managers
* Collaborate with key stakeholders such as VIC State Director, Area Managers, Local Partners & Practice Managers to understand clinic demographics, culture, working environment and GP recruitment needs.
* Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience that reflects Myhealth\'s values and doctor value proposition.
* Proactively source and build GP pipelines through direct outreach, tailored engagement and ongoing relationship management.
* Supporting the GP onboarding experience with paperwork support such as 19ab exemptions, Expedited Specialist Pathway applications and more.
* Attend GP Conferences, Local Partner meetings and GP networking events as required (both in VIC & Interstate - some travel required).

What We Are Looking For

* Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, stakeholder engagement or relationship management.
* Support driven
* Proven ability to attract, engage and build long-term professional relationships.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
* High emotional intelligence and a strong customer-focused mindset.
* Proactive sourcing capability using LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly across onboarding and follow-up.
* Ability to work collaboratively with Local Partners, Practice Managers and internal teams.
* Growth mindset, out of the box thinker and a problem solver
* Ability to multitask with good attention to detail
* Experience recruiting GPs, registrars or healthcare professionals (desirable)
* Knowledge of the Australian general practice landscape and training pathways. (desirable)
