Responsibilities
Be a welcoming and positive face to families.
Provide a tour and inductions to new arrivals.
On the evening shift, provide a room key as well.
Answer questions about amenities and services offered within PCH and surrounding areas.
Manage general housekeeping of communal areas, i.e. kitchen and dining area.
Stock-take and obtain supplies from the Nedlands House.
Manage the laundry, transferring loads as required and folding clothes.
Strip a room when a family has checked out.
Perform room checks and audit of vacant rooms prior to a new arrival.
Ad-hoc duties as required.
At all times be a positive ambassador for RMHC WA.

Time Required
Our Family Ambassador role within PCH operates 7 days per week, shift times are 9AM - 12PM, 12PM - 3PM, 3PM - 6PM and 6PM - 9PM.
We ask for a minimum commitment of one shift per fortnight.
Training
Thorough on the job training and buddy shift to commence.
Regular communications to keep you in the loop.
