Community Manager who enjoys building strong relationships, balancing operational excellence with a people‑first approach, and creating environments where communities thrive.
What You’ll Do
As the Community Manager for B by Halcyon in Buderim, QLD, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the community while fostering positive, respectful relationships with homeowners, stakeholders and service partners. This role exists to ensure the community operates smoothly, safely and in line with Halcyon’s values, while continually enhancing homeowner experience and connection.
You will:
* Manage community operations in line with legislative, regulatory and Stockland compliance requirements
* Build trusted relationships with homeowners, acting as a visible and approachable point of contact
* Work collaboratively with caretakers, contractors and internal stakeholders to meet community needs
* Coordinate community activities, homeowner groups and shared facilities
* Oversee budgets, reporting and administrative requirements
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and homeowner delight initiatives
* Respond to queries with professionalism, impartiality and care
About You
You enjoy being at the heart of a community and take pride in creating positive experiences for others. You are confident managing competing priorities, comfortable navigating diverse perspectives, and motivated by making a genuine difference in people’s day‑to‑day lives.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Experience in community management, property, facilities, hospitality, events or a similar customer‑focused environment
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
* Sound understanding of compliance, reporting and operational processes
* Confidence managing budgets, administration and multiple priorities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with solid IT capability including Microsoft Office
