The role of Financial Analyst Support Officer is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing inboxes and calendars, prioritizing emails, leading meeting rhythms, and supporting client delivery.
Using AI and modern tools, you will streamline reporting and administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and driving efficiency across the organization.

As a financial analyst support officer, your expertise will play a critical role in interpreting financial data, providing meaningful insights, and making informed decisions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage communications and scheduling for senior consultants.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
* Assist with proposals, review and analyze client data, prepare reports, and presentations.
* Interpret and analyze technical agricultural and financial information, preparing detailed farm business reports.
* Maintain client databases and contact lists.
Requirements:
* Experience as an EA/PA supporting senior leaders.
* Highly skilled in Outlook and Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Word.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
* Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure.
