Job Description
- Design visuals for paid social media ads across Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Create eye-catching email marketing templates using Klaviyo.
- Edit and produce short-form videos, including adding captions, overlays, and royalty-free music.
- Develop and maintain cohesive brand assets and visual guidelines.
- Support website and brand design projects when required.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with campaign objectives and brand tone.
Must Haves
- Open to Filipinos only residing in the Philippines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, beauty, or e-commerce industries.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
- Experience designing ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Skilled in Klaviyo for email marketing design.
- Video editing experience, including captioning, cutting, overlaying text/music.
- Strong visual storytelling, typography, and brand consistency.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Home Office Requirements
- Perfectly working headset and webcam.
- Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps.
- Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey 12.0 or later.
- Quiet room with no distractions or background noises.
- A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift.
