Responsibilities
Lead and deliver the domestic student recruitment strategy, positioning UTS College as the provider of choice for pathway students across NSW.
Use market insights and sector trends to shape messaging, campaigns, and engagement strategies that drive enrolments.
Build and nurture strong partnerships with schools, career advisers, and sector stakeholders to expand our reach and reputation.
Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and excellence. Contribute to strategic planning and performance goals, ensuring a seamless, student-focused recruitment experience.
Drive growth through data-informed decision making and creative engagement strategies with marketing.
Strengthen relationships with schools, UTS colleagues, partners and within the higher education sector.
Champion the UTS College brand, vision and strategy to inspire students to realise a future with us.
Qualifications
Extensive experience (7+ years) in account management, business development, or student recruitment. A relevant postgraduate qualification is highly regarded.
Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to turn data and insights into action.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with proven success influencing diverse stakeholders. A deep understanding of the school and higher education sectors, ideally within pathways or domestic recruitment.
Willingness to travel (in-state/inter-state) as required.
