Executive Role Summary
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity as an Executive at our organization. As a key member of the team, you will provide support to senior operatives and clients with practice and client management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide practice and client management support including financial support, diary management, expense management, document management, and system administration.
* Understand and manage administrative client requirements for consistent service delivery across teams.
* Understand commercial drivers of a practice, interpret data, and apply knowledge to support partners with practice management.
* Manage all duties associated with matter financials including billing, audits, tracking of non-dispatched bills, missing timesheets, cost estimates, and reporting.
* Collaborate with members within and outside of the Support team to ensure high-quality work and standards of services are delivered to stakeholders.
* Provide guidance on drafting, producing documents, and practice management processes and procedures.

* Experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services firm.
* Strong written communication skills and attention to detail with ability to draft correspondence, presentations, and documents quickly and accurately.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive in an environment of continuous change working with challenging clients or stakeholders.
* A high degree of initiative, proactivity, and problem-solving skills with willingness to take ownership for task completion and deliver innovative solutions.
