We're seeking a
Plant Operations & Project Manager
to run the North Gold Coast demonstration facility and support customer projects nationwide. This is a
hybrid technical and leadership role
with a mix of plant operations, R&D, and client-facing project delivery.
Responsibilities
Running the plant and lab to process waste into pellets
Leading R&D and scaling up drying systems
Managing customer projects and installations
Training staff and clients on operations

The Candidate
To be considered, you\'ll need:
Experience in engineering or plant operations
, with
2-5 years in bioenergy or waste
Strong project management and commissioning experience
Degree in
Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering
Hands-on mindset and ability to lead small teams
Australian work rights and driver\'s licence
Bonus if you have:
Experience with OEMs or EPCs
Familiarity with lab instruments and thermal systems
Forklift licence and basic CAD skills
