And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.About The RoleOur Operations team, composed of 15 people, operate a world class Hydrogen Peroxide manufacturing facility focusing on safety, growth, technical excellence, product quality and community involvement.You will be accountable for:Being a reliable and capable Shift Operator to join our Operations Team and support our plant.The successful candidate will learn all aspects of operations, initially on a weekday roster.From there, the person will move into a shift relief roster - working on either day/night roster covering annual leave, sick leave and / or plant demand.Support the plant and follow the HSE regulationsTechnical Skills - ability to operate forklift and learn a complex chemical plant.We offer a permanent contract based on shifts & onsite working mode.About YouLicenced to operate a forklift and/or Experience working within a manufacturing environment.Competencies:Safety Awareness / Compliance - Strong understanding of and adherence to workplace safety regulationsCommunication Skills - Clear verbal and written communication to report issues or receive instruction. While the Australia base pay reasonably expected for this role is AU$ 104,906.49, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
