Ecommerce/Retail Assistant Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ecommerce/Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a passion for designer goods, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage online product listings for our e-commerce store and auction platforms.
* Write compelling and accurate product descriptions for high-end designer handbags, fine jewelry, prestige watches, and collectables.
* Support retail sales both online and in-store as required.
* Certify the authenticity of products.
* Training will be provided for product authentication certification, no prior experience is necessary.
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide outstanding customer service to a diverse client base.
* Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all listings, communications, and transactions.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or customer service is an advantage.
* Familiarity with online marketplaces and/or auction platforms desirable.
* Availability to start immediately.
* Valid work visa is acceptable for this position.
